The Two Brothers Khapli (Emmer) Wheat is grown using traditional farming methods. This wheat has considerably lower gluten content compared to modern store-bought wheat flour. We do not use any synthetic chemical fertilizers, insecticides, or pesticides on the farm. It's a family-run farm, and this endeavour is purely a labour of love and passion.Emmer wheat (Khapli), an ancient strain of wheat, is grown using natural farming techniques.
