Puramate Baking Vinegar, 300 ml | Deltla Webmanagement

Description

Puramate Baking Vinegar is a versatile product that can be used to enhance the texture and appearance of various baked goods. Adding a teaspoon of the vinegar to yeast dough helps the dough rise through gluten development, while brushing the crust with a little vinegar just before finishing baking gives a shinier crust to the bread. Additionally, a tablespoon of the vinegar can be added to the dough to make pie crusts flakier. This baking vinegar can also aerate all kinds of baked goods, working alongside baking powder to add some fluffiness.
