Description

Milk, Sugar and Dryfruits cooked to perfection and then browned and rounded and rolled in powdered sugar. Pedha (penda in Gujarati) is sweetened khoa formed into balls or thick disks (like patties) with flavorings such as saffron and/or cardamom added.Kova puri is prepared by rolling out small balls of maida dough into thin puris and filled with khova and deep fried in oil / Ghee.
