Description

'Pearls' of nutrition (with which comes wisdom!)- these hulled grains of barley are pretty as a picture. JIWA'S Organic Pearl Barley is minimally processed to retain its fibre and nutrition. These dainty pearls double up (in size & taste!) when cooked, and are a great alternative to rice across meals. The high starch content makes cooked barley a great thickener for dishes, and ideal for risottos and even soups. The water barley is cooked in, is loaded with nutrients and aids in weight loss.
