fresho! Beans - Cluster, 500 g | Deltla Webmanagement

Description

Cluster beans, also known as guar beans, are a popular vegetable in Indian cuisine, especially in the regions of Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. These slender, green pods have a slightly bitter taste and a crunchy texture, often enjoyed in a variety of dishes such as curries, stir-fries, and traditional sabzis. To prepare, the beans are typically chopped and cooked until tender, sometimes with spices and other vegetables. Cluster beans are also the source of guar gum, widely used as a thickening agent in the food industry. Cultivated primarily in the arid regions of India, they thrive in hot, dry climates. Their unique flavour and versatility make them a staple in many Indian households, adding a distinct character to everyday meals. https://www..com/cookbook/recipes/2176/macaroni-with-baked-beans/
