Description

Our Broken Rice is grown in the soils of North Karnataka irrigated from the waters of the Krishna and Tungabhadra rivers. This synthetic pesticide-free paddy is aged for 12-18 months to allow the grain to attain its best consistency when cooked while retaining a fluffy texture as it is a great short grain variety. Broken rice is an easy cooking alternative to using full grains of rice in ragi mudde, payasam and fillings for burritos.
