fresho! Banana - Raw Green, 500 g | Deltla Webmanagement

Description

Raw bananas are unripened bananas with a tough green skin. Their flesh is dense and white, with a starchy-tart flavour. We selectively pick organically grown raw green bananas from the best farms. In India, raw green bananas serve a dual culinary role as both a vegetable and a key ingredient in savoury dishes. Commonly known as "kaccha kela," they are prized for their firm texture and starchy flavour. Raw bananas are extensively used in regional cuisines: sliced and fried as chips or crisps, mashed, and seasoned for cutlets and vadas, or cooked into curries and stir-fries where they absorb spices and impart a satisfying bite. Their versatility extends to festive occasions, where dishes like raw banana kebabs and bhajiyas feature prominently, highlighting their adaptability in both everyday meals and celebratory feasts.
